Brief
oneworld had an outdated search interface on their event portal that did not reflect the updated Travel Bright branding and lacked clarity.
I redesigned the search views using the oneworld style guide to modernize the look, improve usability, and align brand visual language.
I then prepared clean assets and clear specifications for the development team to ensure the redesign would be implemented accurately.

Problem
The existing search interface presented a confusing experience for users. Search fields were misaligned and labels were unclear, making it hard to understand how to begin a search.
Elements lacked sufficient visual contrast and spacing so important details were hard to read and accessibility was compromised.
The interface appeared dated and inconsistent with the refreshed Travel Bright branding, leading users to perceive the experience as less polished and professional.
- Users struggled to initiate search actions because the layout and labeling were confusing.
- Visual inconsistency with Travel Bright branding weakened trust and felt fragmented.
- Low contrast and poor spacing impaired readability and accessibility across devices.
Original vs Updated Layout

Solution
I delivered a fully redesigned search interface aligned with the Travel Bright visual identity.
Input fields were clearly labeled and grouped logically: trip type, departure and return dates, origin and destination, cabin class, to help make the search journey intuitive.
I improved visual hierarchy through spacing, typographic scale, and contrast so each element spoke clearly.
Visual clutter was removed and airline logos and flight filters were organized to support rather than distract.
I then created pixel perfect mockups and a detailed spec guide to hand off to developers so execution would match the vision exactly.
Success

Conclusion
This redesign transformed the oneworld search view into a clean, accessible, and brand aligned interface. Users can now easily complete searches with clarity and confidence.
The refined visual structure reinforces Travel Bright aesthetics while boosting usability and trust.
Developer-ready assets and documentation ensure the redesign will be delivered cleanly and without misinterpretation. This refreshed search experience reflects oneworld’s commitment to quality and seamless travel planning.
